We have a vision for transforming work
We have a vision to developing a supportive workplace:
-
People who work for us can access rewarding, meaningful & sustainable work.
-
People who work for us feel valued.
-
People have real control over their working lives.
Educational Psychology Services for Schools is looking to bring in new associates and in the longer term hopes to have more employees. We believe in creating jobs which people want- jobs where education professionals can participate in their workplace and feel that they contribute to how the organisation they work for is run.
We currently have associate opportunities.

Creating sustainable jobs
We believe that psychologists & educators can only contribute to their communities when they have a model of service delivery that looks to the future- so they can take their part as stewards of the business and keep it thriving for the next generation.

Organising Democratically
We believe that psychologists and educators do their best work when they are able to contribute to the decisions that affect their working lives. Currently we are preparing to employ people by actively exploring approaches and systems that enable employees to influence the direction the company they work for takes.

Working for Respect & Equality
We believe that psychologists & educators have responsibility for promoting psychological safety and inclusion for others, but that they can only do this when they experience being able to turn up as their whole selves in a workplace where their contribution is valued.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT WORKING WITH KATHRYN
Assistant EP
We worked well together to deliver a major project- I really felt supported by Kathryn and I also had the opportunity to deliver training. Although it was challenging, I really felt I developed as a psychologist.
Maingrade EP
I realised that I was not alone in dealing with complex cases and difficult situations-there was someone to talk through the issues with. I knew that Kathryn would also support me when I needed to be heard.
Trainee EP
I never thought I would get through the course- there was so much work to do and new things to learn. Kathryn's support and supervision was invaluable in helping me see my strengths and breaking down seemingly impossible projects into manageable chunks.
